Long. Roughly 6 interviews 3 called final interview. They were reorganizing the dept so leaders kept adjusting. Communication during the process was excellent. They provided a conversation post interviews to detail the very hard decisions and the one thing the successful candidate had I didn’t which wasn’t anything I could control it was simply her current position made it easier to get her up to speed. Very professional and appreciated.
