Simple, basic interview questions, my interview was just this afternoon, so I have not heard anything yet about whether the position will be offered or not. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming, and was willing to share their favorite and most challenging things about working for this company.

asked about previous experiences, a time that I made a mistake and how I handled it, a time that there was a change within the company and how I handled it, and three strengths and three weaknesses.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
