Simple, not a lot of explanation, mainly checking things off of manager's to-do list for new hires. Not very personal. I should have known then that this would translate into the position and how management feels about employees. The hiring process was overall very easy. Once you are hired though, you must complete vast amounts of training modules, and you will continue to have to complete them through your career.
