J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CVS Health (Scottsdale, AZ) en déc. 2021
Entretien
First call with the recruiter, followed by the technical interview.
In the technical interview, a different person was showed up to take the interview. He stuck on the specific technology. He was not interested in the taking interview as soon as I mentioned I have more experience with Cypress than Selenium. He even didn't know what's Cypress test tool.
After that, he sent a Java code sample (recursion function) in the chat and asked me to open the notepad and share the screen. Instead of using code-sharing tools like Coderpad / hackerrank, they do this kind of thing in 2021.
The manager who supposes to take the interview show up 20 minutes later and again asked the same questions.
Totally a waste of time. they want to hire a person who knows only Selenium. They don't care about another skill set that is needed for Senior SDET.
They do interviews on webEx in 2021.
By the end of the interview, I decided not to move forward with this company and team.

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Technical questions were mainly java problems and Selenium-related questions. There was some live coding as well. But I think it depends on the interviewer.
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
