Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Question 1
Do you have experience tracking and maintaining Balance on Hand (BoH) metrics for retail goods?
I applied online on a Monday morning and got called at around 4pm the same day for an interview on Friday at midday. I came in at midday on Friday and I was told that the store manager just left for his lunch break so I was told to come back at 12:30. I left and came back and he still wasn't there so I just waited around and finally at around 1 he came and I had my interview. The interview was pretty good. The manager was basically giving a background on the store and himself. The only question he asked me was "Tell me about yourself ?". The interview ended around 1:30 I believe and I was told that he has another interview at 2 and he would call tomorrow if I got the job. When I got home which was around 2 I got an email saying that I got the job, my start date and I should fill out an offer response form. I was so stoked because I've been looking for a job since January!

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
