There was a fifteen min phone interview first. Then he set up a face to face interview while we were on the phone. He asked me what kind of compensation I was expecting and it was exactly what I was looking for. The call was short and laid back.

Very professional and start with the introduction of the company and myself. He asked some competitive and behavioral skill questions. How can I manage stressful clients? Why do you want to work in a customer service role? why you are interested in CVS? etc
Quick and easy, very friendly. The lady I talked to was very nice and efficient. Explained everything to me . Answered any questions I had. Explained the role and salary
