I applied online during the summer and I didn’t get a call back until 6 weeks later in September. I set up an in-person interview to meet with the manger the next day

Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc
