About 5 days after submitting my online application, I received a phone call from CVS to schedule an interview. The interview was super easy - no questions at all about job situations, past experience, or anything. The manger basically said they really need people and he would call me back in a few days. He followed up and called to offer me the job, but I had just been offered a job with a different company that payed more and was a far better work environment than CVS, so I declined the offer.

Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.
