Initial call with HR Recruitment to discuss experience and role. A further 3 interviews followed with Legal team and Senior staff over Teams. Interviews ranged between 30 minutes to an hour each. Everyone was friendly and the work sounded exciting and engaging. The flexibility sounded great. Interview questions were ideally so they could scope out level of experience for such a new role with the company as anyone within the role would need to hit the ground running. The last interview, I was asked to prepare a three month plan for what action I would take if I was to join the company and discuss my plans/ideas. Sadly, after 4 interviews over a couple of months, I received an email to advise that a strategic decision was now being made about combining the role with a Procurement role, I was then ghosted by the company and did not hear anything further about the role or my suitability or even advising that I did not get role. To be ghosted after putting a lot of time and energy into interviewing to be ghosted, I believe is extremely unprofessional.
