First interview with HR, second with facility manager and then Director. It was a great interview experience.
Basically they want to ensure that you have capacity and technical knowledge to handle the high volume turnaround warehousing and distribution operations.

Entretien
I was reached out to by recruiter followed by a face to face with the hiring manager and then a Teams Call with a stakeholder. There were 3-4 week breaks in between each call and then ghosted by recruiter after multiple follow ups (was told they were going to decide tomorrow and then never heard from). The recruiter kept hyping up my performance in a way that seemed disingenuous. The interview that I had with a stakeholder was very unprofessional- he left the call for 20 minutes just to answer a call from a teammate. They couldn’t even share a relevant job description for the role. Red flags throughout the process
