This company wastes your time - they ask you to record a video to introduce yourself, which can take hours of valuable time, in addition to submitting your application. After recording this interview at their request, I never heard from them again. I suspect this is because of my salary requirement, which is higher than their meagre $50k a year - for a job that is worth $100k. Professionals with valuable skill sets need not apply.
