I got an interview one week after the skill test process. The interview was smooth, clear and precise with clear questions about my background and skills. The interviewer was cool and tried her best to make you comfortable.

A test which they give you a static webpage (in photoshop format) that you need to develop (using html and Css only) pixel by pixel; You are supposed to finish it in 1 hour. They have a timer. Haven't heard back from them since.

Describe why you are the best candidate for the job
I did the assessment, by making the webpage that was listed as a PSD file. There were also video questions. Overall I felt like it was a good first step but I have not heard back from them yet regarding the position.

Initial application phase was straightforward. I received a blanket email of receipt. Next I completed a timed skill test involving no detailed instructions. This phase was rather frustrating. I received an email of receipt, but no other follow up after 3 weeks. Frustrating to not have a real person to contact!
