Contacted through email for skills test, didn't take it for a week then I got another email reminding me to take it (wasn't spam). Took the test, they said time doesn't factor into my score that much, so I took extra time and made a nice video. 2 weeks later no follow up. Good little challenge though - had my fun.

Very innovative process. Simple and effective questions. I had to answer to a few questions like previous work experience, my favorite hobbies, why I am the right fit etc. There were also some HR Questions as well.
