Entretien
The hiring process was two interviews. The first on the phone with the hiring manager and the second in person with the CEOs. They had set an expected start day for all applicants that was a week out from the on site interview. I received the position and was very happy!

Question 1
It was a relaxed interview. Asking about why someone would want to work there and why they want to work in sales. It was mostly a conversation that seemed pointed towards corporate culture.

Entretien
1. Simple questionnaire, basic SEO knowledge. 2. More technical questions realted to SEO, case studies... 3. Simple interview: personal presentation, interest in the industry, what excite you about the position, reasons you should be hired...
Application submission --> Skills test number one sent via email --> Zoom interview, if invited --> Follow-up skills test, if interviewed --> Decision
The process does take quite a while from application to decision.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of interview. The first round is a 5-minute video submission of you introducing yourself and talking about your background in SEO. The second round a virtual 1-on-1 behavioral interview with a hiring person . The third round is a technical take home test.
