Found application on csx website. Filled it out with resume. Took assessment pretty simple questions just takes some time. Got an email telling me I moved on. Then a couple days later was informed interview and job overview would be about an week and a half from time I received the email. Was on a wendsday morning 8:00. This was the only time they were holding interviews. First there got interviewed first. People were there an hour early. I got done at 11:30 I was the 6 person interviewed. On call 24/7/365 was stressed total commitment to the rail must put career in front of home life is basically what there were getting at for the first couple years.

Name a time when someone was doing something unsafe and what did you do. When was a time you were asked to do something unsafe. When was a time you had to motivate a group of people do do something. Pretty basic questions only about 10 also explain work history pretty much try and sell yourself.
