Group interview with 3-5 students and 4-6 main staff. The interview was interactive and open floor discussion, overall the process was clean and conceives. Questions were based on the needs of the position and overall applicant skills, the group format made it a bit intimidating.

Panel interview with a small hiring team at the first interview and a larger interview team that decided to bring me on to the team. Easy process for interviewing with standard questions relating to my interests, experience, potential challenges I may have in the role.
It took about 3 weeks from applying, interviewing, and receiving the job. After employment, I understand how complicated the hiring process can be. The staff was friendly within and outside the interview and I appreciated their all-around ability to make me feel comfortable in the interview. I loved it.
