There was only one interview. I was asked my experience and writing ability. Since this is a research assistance, previous experience is not required. So, your ability is basically measured by your academic performance and the way you talk.
Director and supervisor interviewed and asked questions regarding research experiences, skills, etc. Friendly staff and coworkers. Diverse culture. Highly recommend to students who love research and want to gain research experience in higher education settings
