Entretien
First there was a phone interview and then an in person interview was set up. When I first got there, you have to take a test. Then one person interviewed me and then another. I think the first one was in a very bad mood because she walked in the room like she didn't even want to be there. Then I shadowed someone for 20 minutes.

Describe a difficult customer and how you handle it.
Good experience in the first interview with HR, in the second interview the department managers showed rude behaviors and asked aggressive questions from the start. Apart from that the recruitment process was smooth and I received feedback in a matter of days

Entretien
Process is normal but when discussing pay based upon skillset you will be super low balled. Other than that they take you on a tour of the facility and meet with members of the team on your second interview

25 minute telephone interview. She was very nice. She provided info about the position in great detail. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. Talking to the HR rep was easy. She made me feel very comfortable
