The process is way to drawn out for an entry level position. The feedback from the interview is next to none. The company would do itself a lot good by have recruiters in other parts of the country if they plan to do business in different states. The communication just wasn't there, and you receive different information depending on who you talk to, for a company that been around as long as they have, it feels like you are interviewing for a start up company during the process.

Typical questions ..Best and worst qualities , how did you resolve a problem with a angry customer nothing really challenging which is good I guess.
Good experience in the first interview with HR, in the second interview the department managers showed rude behaviors and asked aggressive questions from the start. Apart from that the recruitment process was smooth and I received feedback in a matter of days

Entretien
Process is normal but when discussing pay based upon skillset you will be super low balled. Other than that they take you on a tour of the facility and meet with members of the team on your second interview

Entretien
25 minute telephone interview. She was very nice. She provided info about the position in great detail. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. Talking to the HR rep was easy. She made me feel very comfortable
