I received a call and had a brief phone interview and scheduled a meeting with my manager. Very informal we meet at the Walmart that I would be working in and sat on a public bench. He handed me an ink pen and told me to try and sell it to him so I did. That was it. I got the job.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
