All web based, but not too tough at all. Actually quite pleasant. Could have been more compacted. It was really very pleasant process. I'm really quite happy to be there grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Crossmark team of retail merchandisers

Friendly, asked my experience, and interviewer was very layed back. The regular interview questions were asked. Interview was over the phone and took maybe 10 minutes and got offered a position after the interview was over.

Easy, over the Phone, and quick. I was greeted politely and was given a lot of details up front. My interviewer was candid and clear about the hiring process, the pay/reimbursement, and the hours I would most likely be working.
