Applied online, interview via phone with recruiter, then 1-on-1 with hiring supervisor. Did drug test and background tests. It was overall very easy to apply and get started. I applied internally as i was already a part time employee. Very easy process

Started with recruiter calling and a typical phone screen interview questions- briefly describing position, recruiter gives you an opportunity to ask questions. Second step- Interview on phone with supervisor, third step interview in person with supervisor- Job offer
