Entretien
So it was a two day process.
The first day involved an online screening test which tested quantitative aptitude, writing skills, knowledge of finance and statistics.
The second day involved a video conference interview where questions where asked pertaining to the role and asked me how I would go about forecasting certain parameters.
There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.

It involves 4 rounds starting with aptitude and then two technical rounds with involved core structed finance questions, testing your basic to the deepest and then last round was HR which was all on personality and Situations.
