They kept talking how they wanted loyal employees yet, didn't seem to like I was loyal to my current employer. They came to me so, I felt they didn't have the money for the position that was initially brought up. I also, didn't think they understood some people leave jobs on good terms and aren't going to crap on a great company for a empty promises.

I felt relaxed. They made me feel comfortable before the interview started. Throughout the interview process I was given an opportunity gather my thoughts and answer the questions to the best of my ability. There are usually 3 to 4 interview before you get the job. First with HR recruiter, then with your direct manager and finally with the Commercial Manager or HR manager.
