I went to a group interview. I was contacted via email and was requested to answer a few writing prompts. During the actual interview they asked us pretty standard questions and then asked us to work in a group to give a presentation. The group interviewed was very rushed and they had another group to interview right after our group. If they were a little more picky with their interview qualifications they may get more qualified candidates and do 1on1 interviews rather than large group interviews.
