The initial screening was great and a very natural conversation. We talked about how CRB is putting "the human" back into recruiting which was amazing to hear since job searching is usually a brutal experience for most. However, CRB did exactly what every other company does and ghosted me after the 2nd round of interviews. Pretty lame if you ask me.
