Interview by two people first person asked me my age and made small talk. The second person asked some great questions. The concept of the business sounded good but the compensation package wasn't very good and I felt uneasy about it's long term prospects.The advertisement for the position needs to be written in more detail to give applicants a better idea of what the company is looking for in an associate.
