Received a phone call about a resume I submitted online. I was asked how much experience I had. I told them I had over 15 years experience and they asked if I wanted the job and if I could start the following week. That was pretty much it. No trick questions. No face to face interaction. No drug test. Just a background check that was approved the day after I signed the consent form. I received all the paperwork via email and submitted it all online.
