Simple over the phone interview process. didn't demand much experience on job but the willingness to work and learn. personal transportation is very important. After the phone called i was asked to complete a quick retail online assessment test.

Earned interview right away, they weren't waiting around. Very straightforward with answering any questions I had and laying out their expectations. Impressive quality of character came through right away, these are good people to work for.
