Intense multi-step process, but fairly quick, took about two weeks. One one-way video interview, 3 Zoom interviews, and two assessments (Excel analysis and discussion, and questionnaire about atitudes). Some questions about past experience and scenarios, make sure you know your stuff in detail.

Specific behavioural questions, e.g. Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way. Describe an instance when you had to think on your feet to extricate yourself from a difficult situation and achieve results. Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.
