No pros, the company doesn't even provide the commuting charges when they call for interview, they generally call on different days for 3 different rounds, but the end results are abrupt and negative, no matter how well you perform. don't really understand the candidate's talents and doesn't even try to recruit people. they think they do some ticket science sort of work which No person can do except themselves. If that was the case, the company could have tried s loopt more to make their JDs proper. however, they don't do that. the fact of the matte er is they don't seem to recruit people any time soon... It was a complete waste of time... Think twice of you get a call from them
