They put you through a testing process initially. They are looking to see if you are someone who is a candidate to work independently and on commission. Beyond that the interview is about seeing if you can make small talk and connect with people quickly because that is important to the job.

Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
