It started with a 20-30 minute initial phone screening interview. I was then called back a few days later for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, supervisor, and human resource rep. After this interview, I was then taken to a computer for screening testing. The test consisted of a few average math problems and 2 situational based questions.
