The first round of interview was online, with the sustainability team of Rotterdam and London office. They tried to understand about yourself and your motivation to join the compnay and the particular role. They tried to understand the subject competance by asking practical wuestions too. The second round of the interview was the sustaiability heads of the compnay. They mostly tried to understand your work culture and how you are as a person. It was more of a casual conversation with occasional job role related questions. Be thorough with your resume and cover letter because many of their questions are based out of that.
