Sat In front a panel. Interviewed for about 40 mins where they asked about experience and qualifications. Submitted a lesson plan for some of the courses offered in the college.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Then you had to do a mock teaching session in front of the faculty. Feedback was prompt and an offer was made on completion of the interview. The questions were from a panel of 4 people.
