J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez COOLA

      Entretien

The initial interview process was enjoyable. The interviewee was engaging and enjoyable to speak with, as well as enrolling in regards to what their company values are. During my final interview (I thought) it had gone very well. The final interview seemed a bit weird to me though. I was asked only 1 or 2 questions, and instead was fed information about the company even beyond the role I would be playing. It didn't seem to be too insightful on the position at hand nor were any appropriate questions asked to get to know me or my abilities, talents, or attributes I could give to the role. I then was given a tour of the entire building, and even shown where my desk would be. I was introduced to staff, gifted with much appreciated complimentary product and swag, and was even sent away with a warm hug. Not sure if this is protocol for all interview processes-- but I was left feeling satisfied and very hopeful. As a business professional who has worked long term jobs my entire life (no job less than 4 years), working within the government, and having 13+ years of experience for the role I had applied for at COOLA- I felt confident we would be a great fit. I've always been extremely grateful and lucky to have been offered a job after almost all interviews I have ever been on. However- after my final interview with COOLA and after 3 appropriately and sincerely professional follow ups with the company, I never received ANY word afterwards. Never an email of declination, never a follow up phone call, or email to any of my outreaches. Extremely disappointing, extremely disheartening, and quite frankly a huge turn off based off my initial feelings on working for a company that I believed had much stronger values with how they treat any and all individuals that walk through their doors.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

In initial interviews, I was asked about my current job role and how it would influence them as a big box company, while alleviating their extensive work load.
