I received an email shortly after submitting my resume online. I emailed back to set up a date and time for the phone call, and the reply I got was "call me anytime." I called the next day and was immediately asked about the salaries I made at my previous three or four employers. He questioned my salary at one specific employer, then told me that the amount couldn't be correct, and then requested I submit him a copy of W2s to prove that I was giving honest feedback. This was all without giving me any information about the actual position he was trying to fill or the client he is trying to fill it for. When I said I wasn't comfortable providing W2s he said we had nothing else to discuss and hung up on me. This was the most unprofessional "interview" I've ever had.
