J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez COMPAREX
Entretien
Recruiter contacted me, conducted first interview and then set up a call with my soon to be Manager. About a week later had a call with my Manager, it was about past experience, your goals, overall normal questions. And the last step was presenting a 30/60/90 and SWOT to my manager again. Offer was given by the recruiter later that day.
There was no killer question- they really wanted to know who you are and why you've preformed well previously. They are hand picking field reps and hire them fast when they find the right person.

First interview was less than 15 minutes. Second with hiring manager was rushed third was rushed as he had to jump on anther call and rescheduled with me. Before we could have the final interview I was offered the job. It was quick. Maybe too quick. And now I understand why.

One brief interview with the recruiter, two-three calls with who would be my direct manager. This process went very quick as they were looking to build a company in 6 months, so they needed people and didn't have a stringent interview process, so they got many people quickly, and a good 10-15% clearly should not have been hired, and were therefore let go 6-8 months later.
