What I thought was going to be a standard phone screen interview, turned into a full blown 2 hour long interview over the phone. They want you to live and breathe customer support and are definitely expecting someone who will stay long term no questions asked. Be wary. Definitely expect to be ghosted if you're not what they're looking for as well. A lot of questions will be asked and you will be judged then and there.
