The interview process was positive, smooth, and friendly. It was a three-level process, where I voluntarily attended all face-to-face interviews and salary expectations were stated clearly from my side and almost i got selected. After a week I have been called to get my offer letter, but unfortunately, that is when they opened about the salary packages that they decided for me. It was 2 times lesser than the minimum salary of a PG graduate professional with 2 years of experience. What I suggest is HR professionals should also consider employees and their capability, along with the cost savings.
