CV-Written assessment-In person interview CV was easy, written assessment took really long as they asked to write 5 passages for 5 questions. Final interview was just normal like asking why this role what have you done

Hireview questions x5 4000 characters each - It's quite tricky but not impossible, asks questions such as: Why CNN? A Good News story you've seen in the last 6 months? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why this role? How will you fit in? Links to any work.... Then about a month later I was invited to a Zoom interview with 2 senior producers... They asked lots of questions (below) but basically it was just a simple chat about me and my experience - have examples of good and bad news stories you've seen and use the STAR method when talking about your past experience.
