I applied through a recruiter for the role had a phone interview which the people on the other end of the phone did not want to have the phone call felt like a big waste of time. the recruiter did not get back to me but the company reposted the job and I got contacted by two other recruiters that said I will be great for the job. This company contacted other recruiters to find UI Designers before having interviews with me and 2 others seem they had a deal with the last recruiter and only doing the last three interviews to end there deal with the last recruiter.
