The interview process was completely over the phone. First there was a pre-screening with HR to make sure I fit all of the qualifications. After that, I had an over the phone interview with what would be my future boss. At the end of the 25 minute or so interview, he told me I was up against 2 other applicants, and that I would here back via email. About a week later I received an email congratulating me.
