Entretien
I sent in a resume and that day got a call back from the President of the company. I interview the following week. The questions were the same as any other interview. The president was very detailed as to what the company did and how it would be like in a few years. He let me know how and what he would like to see in the position from whoever he would hire. He then offered me a position a couple hours later.

The most difficult question he asked was when I would be able to start. I had a side job that I was working on and didn't know when I would be able to actually start working for CNG Source. They were very understanding about that and just asked me to let them know of a start day.
