Applied online. They reached out quickly and I went in for a meeting about a week later with two people: the hiring manager and a staffer. In advance they asked me to provide a slide deck sample, but didn't tell me that I needed to do a presentation during the interview! I was not prepared for that and was a little unsettled when they whipped out a laptop. I stumbled a bit at the beginning before getting my bearings, but the hiring had a really dismissive look on her face the entire time. Needlessly, it didn't work out and I was okay with that.
