1. A general application 2. An online interview where I submitted video responses to 5-6 questions. 3. Final round interview (zoom) with 4 members from the team, either in a panel or 2 at a time.

Behavioral questions - mostly about working with people, challenges I faced, times I went above and beyond, etc.
Initially met a recruiter on campus, and then had 2 interviews with 2 different managers a few days later. Interview process was in depth but quick. A week later I had my last interview which was 3 hours long with 6 different managers. 30 min with each manager.

The entire hiring process is daunting. Everything takes forever, HR is a joke and there’s an obvious reason for such Hugh turnover. Drug test and background check got lost in Cyberspace twice.

The interview process started with a screening interview at the university career fair. It was followed by a second round interview with two underwriters on campus. The final round interview was with 3 branch managers and the regional SVP at CNA's office.
