There was a video screening interview. Questions are presented and you have a few seconds to prepare before you have to record your answer. It was awkward but the questions were simple. After passing the screening, you're invited to the interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager. The interview itself was very straight forward and took about 30 minutes.
