Friendly but somewhat muddled process. Beware of time wasting and empty promises. Went through a positive series of interviews, but they didn’t seem to agree on their own internal hiring processes. Not everyone had read my CV before meetings. There were long periods of silence. And then suddenly a rush to set up meetings. The process didn’t seem to matter as it culminated in an agreement in principle to start following final interviews with partners after in-depth discussions as to my role and how I would develop their line of business. I proceeded to meet the team of associates, I would work with. All friendly and amicable. Then I was ghosted; for no plausible reason I can think off relating to me. Most bizarre and bewildering event I’ve experienced in a professional capacity! Whatever the reason, I wish them well. This is not the right firm for me.
