You can tell by the process that they care about substance more than appearance, which is a good sign. Not only substance as your abilities but substance as you as a working professional which I respect. A brief call with the recruiter to sort some basic information follow by a panel interview that think you might be a good fit. Then a data and presentation assignment that takes a week and a final greetings with your potential manager and get some feedback. All in all, if I would run a hiring process, it’s exactly what I would do. Only hiccup is the timeline as it could get fairly drawn out. I think is just HR have to have sign off from employees with a full schedule and not just management and the talent pool is large so I can understand. Decent people every step of the way.
