      I applied through an internal reference. The response was fast. After passing the initial over-the-phone interview, they called for in-person interviews. Before the in-person interview call, there was a small project-based assignment. Overall, it was friendly and nice. I was offered a Backend internship.

      I had the opportunity to interview with CMED Health LTD., and I must say it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. Application Process: The application process was straightforward and user-friendly. I applied online, and within a week, I received an email from the HR team to schedule a phone interview. The communication was prompt and clear, which set a positive tone from the beginning. Phone Interview: The initial phone screen was conducted by a very friendly and professional HR representative. They took the time to explain the role in detail and answered all my questions comprehensively. This initial conversation made me feel valued and well-informed about what to expect next. Technical Interview: The second stage was a technical interview with a senior team member. It was challenging but fair, with questions that truly tested my knowledge and skills relevant to the role. The interviewer was respectful, provided clear instructions, and even offered hints when I got stuck, which helped to make it a learning experience rather than a daunting test. Behavioral Interview: The final stage was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and a potential team member. The questions were insightful and aimed at understanding my problem-solving approach, teamwork abilities, and cultural fit. I appreciated that they shared a lot about the team dynamics and the company's values, making it a two-way conversation rather than a one-sided interrogation. Feedback and Follow-up: After the interviews, I received timely feedback, which was constructive and encouraging. The HR team kept me updated on the status of my application throughout the process, which I found very professional and reassuring. Overall, my interview experience with CMED Health was good. The process was well-structured, the interviewers were professional and respectful, and the communication was clear and prompt. I felt that they genuinely cared about finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate, which made the entire experience very positive. I would highly recommend CMED Health LTD. to anyone seeking a new opportunity.
